Returns & Refund Policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items returned after this period.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Gift cards or vouchers

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@raversrunning.club with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the necessary next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

For your return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase will be required to complete the return process.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked postal service or purchasing shipping insurance to minimize the risk of items being lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests for the same item, please email us at info@raversrunning.club. Any shipping costs related to exchanges will also be the responsibility of the customer.
